One of the Yard’s strong point is its after-sales service. Every craft built is launched, trialled and tested for several days before handover to the Customer, allowing every device to be fine-tuned to spare the Owner the bother and annoyance of malfunctions of on-board equipment, engines, and mechanical equipment on and below deck.

In spite of this thorough inspection, since these craft are hand-built and all one-offs, the Yard provides warranty service for 24 months after delivery. A telephone hot-line is provided for fast solutions to minor problems occurring on board.
